General Guidelines

  • Report to the venue at least 45 minutes before the scheduled performance.
  • Carry a valid ID card and registration confirmation.
  • Bands must ensure all members are present before the performance.
  • Participants should bring personal instruments if required.
  • Follow the instructions of the event coordinators and technical team.
  • Maintain professionalism and respect fellow performers.
  • Each band will be allotted 10 minutes for setup and 10 minutes for performance.
  • Exceeding the allotted time may result in point deductions or disqualification.

Rules & Regulations

  • Only registered band members are permitted to perform.
  • Each band must perform within the allotted time limit.
  • Offensive language or inappropriate performances are strictly prohibited.
  • Sound checks must be completed within the assigned schedule.
  • Judges' decisions shall be final.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the event schedule if required.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
