Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to students aged 11 to 23 years only.

2. Student Verification

All participants must present their registered email confirmation and a verified QR code during check-in.

3. Transportation, Food & Accommodation

Transportation, food, and accommodation will not be provided by the organizers. However, food stalls will be available at the venue for participants to purchase refreshments.

4. Approval Requirement

No individual or organization may use the YUCI name, logo, event materials, or conduct any related activities without prior approval from YUCI.

5. Teacher Accompaniment

Students must be accompanied by their teacher/faculty coordinator, who must carry a valid institution ID card.

6. Parents/Guardians

Parents or guardians will not be permitted inside the event venue.

7. Personal Belongings

Participants are advised to bring all necessary personal items required for the event. The organizers will not be responsible for providing personal essentials.

8. Compliance

All participants are expected to follow the event rules and instructions issued by the organizers. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the event.

9. Payment & Refunds

All registration and platform fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, except where an event is cancelled by the organizers. It is the participant's responsibility to verify all details before making the payment.

10. Event Schedule & Scoring

Event timings, schedules, and scoring criteria may be adjusted at the discretion of the organizers based on the number of participating teams. Any such changes will be communicated to participants through official channels prior to the event.

11. Identification

Students must bring their valid school or college ID card to the event, and produce it during check-in and whenever requested by the organizers.
