General Guidelines

  • Report to the venue 30 minutes before the event.
  • Wear appropriate athletic clothing and shoes.

  • Maintain discipline throughout the event.

Rules & Regulations

  • Participants must jump from behind the take-off board.
  • Fouls will be recorded according to official athletics rules.
