General Guidelines

  • Participants must report to the venue on or before 9:30 AM.
  • Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled match.
  • Wear suitable sports attire and volleyball shoes.
  • Carry a valid ID card and registration proof.
  • Respect match officials and opponents throughout the competition.
  • Warm up only in designated areas.
  • Follow all instructions provided by the organizing committee.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Only registered players are eligible to compete.
