Rules and Regulations:

Team: 3 peoples for each Team
Pre-Reading: Familiarize yourself with the agenda before attending.
Attendance: Full attendance is mandatory to receive participation certificates.
Dress Code: Wear formal attire (preferably Indian or Western professional attire).
Decorum: Maintain parliamentary decorum at all times.
Registration: Register beforehand and carry your ID card for verification.
Speech Duration: Stick to the allocated time for speeches.
Respect for Rules: Follow the rules of debate and motion.
Prohibition of Disruptions: Avoid any behavior that disrupts the proceedings.
Active Participation: Engage in discussions and debates respectfully.
No External Help: All arguments and data should come from the participant’s preparation.
Code of Conduct: Adhere to the event’s code of conduct strictly.
Use of Language: Maintain professionalism and avoid offensive language.
Electronic Devices: Use devices only when authorized.
Documentation: Submit any required documents before deadlines.
Feedback: Provide constructive feedback post-event.

Punctuality: Arrive on time for all sessions.
Dress Code: Wear appropriate attire (formal or lab coats as applicable).
Equipment: Bring necessary equipment or materials for presentations.
Professionalism: Maintain professionalism during interactions.
Presentation Time: Adhere to the time allocated for presentations.
Respect Judges: Treat the judges and organizers with respect.
No Assistance: Projects must be the independent work of the participant.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines for experiments and exhibits.
Clear Communication: Ensure clarity and conciseness in presentations.
Feedback: Be open to constructive criticism from judges and peers.
Networking: Respectfully engage with other young scientists.
Certificates: Certificates will only be issued to those fulfilling attendance and participation requirements.
