General Guidelines

  • Participants must report to the venue on or before 9:30 AM.
  • Report at least 30 minutes before the competition.
  • Carry a valid ID card.
  • Bring personal painting materials if required.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
  • Follow the assigned theme and instructions.
  • Respect fellow participants.
  • Each participant/team must adhere to the 3-minute performance limit.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Safe and skin-friendly materials must be used.
  • Offensive themes or designs are prohibited.
