General Guidelines

Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the presentation.

Maintain professionalism throughout the evaluation process.

Rules & Regulations

Only original projects or research work will be accepted.
Participants must be prepared to explain and defend their work during the evaluation.
Plagiarism or misrepresentation of work will result in immediate disqualification.
Presentations must remain within the specified time limit.
Judges' decisions regarding evaluation and awards shall be final.
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the event schedule if required.
