Decode and Decide: A Case Challenge is a consulting-style business case competition that bridges classroom learning with real-world business problem solving.
Participants analyze business scenarios, identify organizational challenges, develop innovative yet practical solutions, and recommend strategic actions.
To simulate real-world business environments, every team receives a surprise Twist Card during the analysis phase, requiring them to adapt their strategy to an unexpected challenge.
The competition develops analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, creativity, adaptability, teamwork, communication, and professional presentation skills while preparing students for real business situations.

General Guidelines
- Participants must report to the venue on or before 8:00 AM.
- Participants must register through the official event registration portal.
- The business case will be provided only during the competition.
- Teams must complete all activities within the allotted time.
- Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event.
- Original work and ethical practices are expected from all participants.
- Follow all instructions communicated by the organizing committee and event coordinators.
- Certificates will be awarded as per the organizing committee's policy.

- Registration fees are non-refundable.
Rules & Regulations
- The competition is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Each team must consist of 2-3 members.
- The business case will be provided on the spot.
- Teams must complete the analysis within the stipulated time.
- A Twist Card must be incorporated into the final solution.
- A maximum of five presentation slides and one-page Executive Summary are permitted.
- Each team will have 6 minutes for presentation followed by 4 minutes for Question & Answer.
- Teams must strictly adhere to the allotted presentation time.
- Internet or AI tools may be used only if permitted by the organizing committee.
- Any form of plagiarism, malpractice, or unauthorized external assistance will result in immediate disqualification.
- The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
